Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth Initiatives
    • Identifies opportunities to enhance service offerings that lead to increased revenue for Control Southern.
    • Facilitates the procurement of necessary resources for business expansion.
    • Obtains client consent for all additional business ventures.
    • Engages in open discussions regarding financial aspects with clients.
    • Collaborates with Territory Account Managers to pursue sales opportunities.
    • Formulates sales strategies for products and services within the designated area.
    • Creates a coverage model targeting B, C, and D customers to foster growth in daily operations and STO business.
    • Assists local Account Managers in pursuing opportunities with select A and B customers for pressure management and mechanical services.
  • Project Coordination for Maintenance Services
    • Determines the duration of maintenance projects for clients.
    • Coordinates site assessments for relevant service teams.
    • Records equipment requirements beyond standard repair needs, such as cranes and scaffolding.
    • Assesses repair and setup times for each item requiring attention.
    • Compiles information to prepare comprehensive project quotes for clients.
  • Management of Maintenance Scope Post-PO Receipt
    • Ensures Field Service Technicians are well-informed of work and repair specifications.
    • Verifies that all necessary equipment and special requirements are secured and identified.
    • Meets with clients daily to provide updates and reports as required.
    • Submits timesheets to clients for their approval.
    • Communicates completion timelines and current job costs as necessary.
  • Documentation Management
    • Maintains integrated repair quotations for assigned clients.
    • Prepares detailed repair documentation as agreed upon with clients.
    • Consolidates all pricing and repair reports for final approval before invoicing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in the instrumentation/process control sector.
  • Strong knowledge in analyzing, evaluating, diagnosing, and resolving equipment and process-related issues is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
  • Effective hearing and speech/communication abilities.
  • Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel and Word).
