Overview:

Your Purpose:
As a Client Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business through direct client interactions, strategic territory management, and promoting our comprehensive service offerings.

We focus on establishing enduring partnerships with clients and candidates, striving to thoroughly understand their requirements for mutual growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess market dynamics, utilize industry insights, and strategically align Randstad Digital to enhance growth opportunities within key financial services clients.
  • Accurately represent Randstad Digital as the premier partner for talent through robust relationship-building.
  • Utilize your industry expertise and thought leadership to conceptualize how technology can revolutionize our clients' operations, fostering improved customer experiences and engagement.
  • Act as a knowledgeable business consultant in areas such as Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Infrastructure.
  • Enhance and strengthen existing client relationships by serving as their primary liaison.
  • Capitalize on Randstad Digital's strengths to be recognized as a leader in digital transformation across cloud and infrastructure, customer experience, data & analytics, and digital & product engineering.
  • Collaborate closely with project and program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated approach.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with senior-level clients and internal partners to maximize account growth.
  • Lead the implementation of new agreements aimed at exceeding revenue and margin targets.


Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in staffing, technology, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of expanding services within designated accounts.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills grounded in integrity.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasive abilities.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient negotiation capabilities.
  • A history of exceeding performance expectations.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
