Position Overview:

  • Client Management and Leadership: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients while guiding, mentoring, and motivating a team to achieve and surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to client retention and revenue enhancement.
  • Training and Development: Deliver extensive training and support for both internal and external clients on proprietary systems; create and refine customer service policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with organizational objectives and industry standards.
  • Performance Monitoring and Enhancement: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), such as response times and resolution rates; pinpoint areas for improvement in customer service workflows and implement effective strategies.
  • Travel and Organizational Skills: Manage responsibilities through efficient organization and time management; travel up to 20% seasonally as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in technology-enabled SAAS.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving year-over-year client retention and upsell growth.
  • Experience with healthcare clients, medical institutions, and government entities is advantageous.

Additional Information:
  • Full-time position: Monday – Friday (8 am to 5 pm)
  • Background check and screening required
  • Remote work options available after 120 days.

Compensation and Benefits:
The starting salary for this role is $75,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
