Territory Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our team at TruGreen Limited Partnership. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and providing them with tailored lawn care solutions.
Salary and Benefits PackageThe estimated salary for this role is $875 - $1,200 per week, based on an annual salary plus average commissions earned for qualifying representatives. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including affordable health insurance plans, financial health resources, training & development, paid time off/sick leave, and more.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Territory Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Sales of residential lawn care maintenance plans to homeowners in your assigned territory
- Becoming knowledgeable about TruGreen's services, products, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers
- Utilizing a reliable vehicle to transport yourself from the branch to property visits (mileage reimbursement OR car allowance available)
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- A valid, current driver's license and proof of insurance
