Position Overview
As a Clinical Support Specialist I at Abbott Laboratories, you will play a crucial role in providing technical and clinical expertise to support our sales initiatives. This position involves collaborating with sales teams and engaging with healthcare professionals to enhance the understanding and application of our Chronic Pain Therapies.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical and clinical assistance primarily in support of Territory Managers.
- Provide after-hours support and participate in various activities to assist Territory Managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and rapport.
- Conduct educational in-services and provide training on product usage to medical professionals.
- Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote new products and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications
- An Associate's Degree or technical certification is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably involving patient interaction.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex clinical data effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
