Job Summary:

The Shipping Lead will be responsible for ensuring that truck drivers depart with appropriate paperwork, directing and coordinating the activities of the wrapping team, staging finished orders for shipping, and leading shipping teams to accomplish safely on-time, complete, and correct assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of shipping tasks
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of the wrapping team
  • Stage finished orders for shipping and load trucks
  • Lead shipping teams to achieve safe, on-time, complete, and correct assignments
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of previous Warehouse, Distribution, or 3PL experience
  • Previous ERP and/or WMS experience preferred (SAP a plus)
  • Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Email
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • High School Diploma or GED required
