About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Community Banking division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional service through effective communication, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and deepen relationships with clients through face-to-face interaction and proactive communication
  • Provide quality service to internal and external clients through professional written and verbal communication
  • Process transactions and balance cash accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve basic service issues by maintaining a working knowledge of bank products and services
  • Proactively identify additional banking needs to strengthen client relationships and meet cross-sell goals
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year cash handling experience
  • 2 years Platform/Opening/Servicing/Closing Accounts or equivalent internal EagleBank branch banking experience
  • Knowledge of Platform and Teller system
  • Exhibits professionalism with internal and external customers
  • Knowledge of deposit products and services
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office products
