Front Desk Representative

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and provide room key and escort instructions.
- Guest Services: Answer inquiries about hotel services, registration, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
- Account Management: Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts, make, confirm, and cancel reservations, and compute bills.
- Communication: Date-stamp, sort, and rack incoming mail and messages, transmit and receive messages using equipment such as telephones, fax, and switchboards.
- Cash Handling: Understand and enforce hotel company credit policies, account for all cash, and make deposits in accordance with hotel and company policies.
- Leadership: Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner, and in a lead capacity, take responsibility for assigned employees, assign work, and ensure proper performance.
- Additional Duties: Make restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations for guests, deposit guests' valuables in the hotel safe or safe-deposit box, and order complimentary flowers or champagne for special guests.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 months of hospitality, general office, accounts receivable, or customer service experience.
$19.00 per hour
