  • Ensure regular attendance and adapt to varying schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Be aware of all rates, packages, and special promotions, as well as in-house groups and restricted dates.
  • Process room reservations, handle guest requests, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

To be successful as a Front Desk Agent, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with college coursework in a related field preferred.
  • Experience in a hotel or related field, with a positive and upbeat personality.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • A basic understanding of financial information and data, with the ability to perform numerical operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn hotel-specific software.
  • A willingness to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
