We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fit Specialist to join our team at Wise Auto Group. As a Fit Specialist, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that every guest who visits our dealership feels welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and Engage with Guests: Greet every guest who enters our dealership with a smile and a friendly demeanor.
- Find the Perfect Ride: Work with customers to narrow down their selection of Harley-Davidson motorcycles to find the perfect fit for their needs and preferences.
- Follow Up and Follow Through: Follow up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their purchase and to address any concerns they may have.
- Sell the Experience: Share your passion for the motorcycling lifestyle and the benefits of owning a Harley-Davidson motorcycle with customers.
- Enter Customer Information: Ensure that every customer who visits our dealership is entered into our CRM system.
- Meet and Exceed Goals: Meet and exceed contact goals as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Complete Paperwork Accurately: Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a Clean and Appealing Showroom: Maintain the showroom and display of motorcycles in a manner that is appealing to customers.
- Remain Alert and Attentive: Remain alert and attentive at all times, ready to assist customers as needed.
- Handle Telephone Transactions: Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously.
- Qualify Customers: Ensure that customers are properly qualified for their needs and wants.
- Practice Effective Selling Methodology: Practice an effective selling methodology to ensure that all customers receive consistent treatment.
- Cross-Sell and Upsell: Make introductions to other departments to ensure cross-selling of Parts and Accessories, Financing, Insurance Products and Services, Warranties and Service Plans.
- Handle Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints according to dealership policy, showing empathy and a positive attitude.
- Attend Training Sessions: Attend training sessions as requested by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge and experience with sales of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
- Applicable Experience: Applicable experience in big ticket retail sales strongly preferred.
- Passion for Motorcycling: Passion for the motorcycling lifestyle and riding community.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present oneself and the company in a professional manner.
- Computer Literacy: Must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, along with general email and internet skills.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Interpersonal Skills: Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required.
- Approachable Personality: Approachable, likeable, and enthusiastic personality.
- High Energy Level: High energy level needed.
- Self-Motivated: Self-motivated, positive, driven, and helpful.
