Job Opportunity

We are actively seeking a Research Program Coordinator to provide essential support within our organization. This role is a full-time position with Guidehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors in the office environment, ensuring a professional check-in and directing them as needed.
  • Assist the office manager or executive team by managing schedules and organizing appointments.
  • Support customer service functions, including responding to inquiries via phone and email.
  • Handle various administrative tasks such as document filing, data entry, and photocopying.
  • Provide coordination support for programs, maintaining organized files, tracking important deadlines, and assisting with documentation processes.
  • Help plan and coordinate events, including scheduling meetings, reserving venues, arranging catering, and overseeing logistics.
  • Execute additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in an administrative capacity within an office environment.
  • Experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to work independently or collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional education or certification in office administration is advantageous.
  • Previous experience with NIH is a plus.
