Key Responsibilities

Research Development and Strategy
- Formulate and structure research projects and evaluation methodologies.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to outline research goals, approaches, and data gathering techniques.

Data Gathering and Interpretation
- Execute both primary and secondary research employing diverse methods such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and literature reviews.
- Interpret qualitative and quantitative data to extract significant insights and conclusions.
- Utilize statistical software and tools for comprehensive data analysis.

Evaluation Framework Design
- Create evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness and outcomes.
- Develop and implement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess success.

Reporting and Communication
- Generate clear and concise research reports and evaluation outcomes.
- Present research findings to both internal and external stakeholders through written documentation, presentations, and other formats.

Quality Control
- Ensure the precision and dependability of research data through stringent quality control measures.

- Stay updated with the latest research methodologies and evaluation practices.
- Identify areas for process enhancement and improvement in research methodologies.

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with internal teams and external collaborators to facilitate research activities.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Research, Evaluation, Social Sciences, or a related discipline (Ph.D. is an advantage).
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing research studies and program evaluations.
- Strong analytical and statistical expertise, with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering accurate and reliable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with research ethics and protocols.
- Experience in diverse research environments, including academic, non-profit, or governmental settings.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools for effectively communicating research results.
- Project management certification is a plus.
