Position Summary: We are seeking a Laboratory Manager to oversee and enhance laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role combines the agility of a small business with the extensive capabilities of a larger organization, facilitating efficient research processes and informed decision-making in healthcare and research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of test results and laboratory activities.
- Laboratory Coordination: Independently plan and organize all laboratory functions, including reminders for inspections and serving as a liaison with the Animal Care and Use Committee.
- Financial Oversight: Manage financial operations, including tracking budgets and coordinating contract orders.

Qualifications:
