Position Overview
As a vital member of the Marketing Division, the Marketing Support Specialist provides essential administrative assistance to the Marketing Director and the broader marketing team.

This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including the organization and coordination of team events, management of project timelines, and the handling of invoices for payment processing.

The specialist will also be responsible for creating presentation materials, drafting correspondence, and compiling reports, as well as overseeing the LSTA Co-op program claims and payments, and arranging travel for the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Coordination: Develops and maintains team calendars that incorporate individual schedules and event timelines, ensuring seamless coordination among multiple stakeholders.
  • Event Management: Collaborates with event planning teams to organize and execute meetings and events, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Invoice Management: Receives and processes invoices related to marketing activities, secures necessary approvals, and ensures timely payments to vendors and dealers.
  • Presentation Development: Utilizes various software tools to create and refine presentations and marketing materials, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with team objectives.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepares correspondence and other documents for the marketing team, and develops reports to track budget utilization and spending.
  • LSTA Co-Op Program Management: Administers the LSTA Co-op program, processing claims for dealer marketing activities and monitoring co-op utilization against budgets.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively participates in team meetings, providing constructive feedback and integrating efforts across the team.
  • Professional Conduct: Upholds integrity and respect in all interactions, modeling behavior consistent with LS Tractor values and fulfilling commitments.
  • Effective Communication: Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills, ensuring professional interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office setting, providing administrative support, particularly to sales or marketing teams.
  • At least 2 years of experience in developing and editing presentations and communication materials.
  • Experience with SAP or similar data management systems is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
  • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, with a focus on time management and prioritization.
  • Resourceful problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
