Sales and Marketing Manager

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts. This role involves building and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends and target customer information to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
Develop relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities
Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Provide accurate, complete, and effective turnover to Event Management
Requirements
2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
Benefits
The Sales and Marketing Manager will enjoy a competitive salary range of $33.65 to $41.35 per hour.
