About the Role:

The Property Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of properties in accordance with investor goals and objectives
  • Providing excellent customer service to investors, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving complex problems and issues that arise, and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences
  • Coordinating with other departments and teams to ensure seamless execution of property management tasks
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve property performance and increase investor returns
  • Collaborating with investors to understand their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals
Responsibilities:

The Property Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of properties, including leasing, rent collection, and property maintenance
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of property repairs and maintenance
  • Developing and implementing budgets and financial plans for properties, and monitoring expenses to ensure compliance with investor goals
  • Providing regular updates and reports to investors on property performance and progress
  • Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure seamless execution of property management tasks
Requirements:

To be successful as a Property Manager, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field
  • Active real estate license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in property management software and systems
