Roving Property Director

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our East Bay properties, ensuring exceptional resident experiences and driving business growth. Your expertise in property management, hospitality, and retail will be invaluable in executing sales, marketing, and operational activities that achieve budgeted occupancy and customer retention goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, embodying Bozzuto's core values and culture.
  • Manage the financial performance of the property, creating and delivering timely and accurate financial and operational reports to clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships and loyalty with all constituents, including residents, clients, and team members.
  • Partner with consumer marketing to implement marketing strategies and maintain expert-level competitive marketplace intelligence.
  • Ensure consistent guest satisfaction, yielding outstanding customer satisfaction ratings and community reviews.
  • Work weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home, one weekend per month, with two days off during the week.
  • Inspire the professional growth and development of all team members, rolling up your sleeves to assist when needed.

Requirements:

  • A College Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail.
  • A strong leadership track record, with impeccable client and customer relationship skills.
  • Revenue, budget, and P&L management experience, with proficiency in industry software (YARDI preferred).
  • Strong financial skills, with a basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sharp professional appearance.
