Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Property Condition Assessor to complete project tasks according to deadlines and within budget. The successful candidate will conduct Property Condition Assessments as assigned by the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct project research, including historical and regulatory aspects
  • Communicate effectively with clients and site representatives
  • Perform site reconnaissance and data compilation
  • Author technical reports and prepare supporting documents
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure project progress and timelines
  • Provide recommendations and solutions to the Project Manager and clients
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Proven track record of delivering quality products on time
  • Strong relationships-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Corel, and Excel
  • Familiarity with civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering principles
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a physical science or engineering discipline
  • Relevant experience in environmental or engineering consulting
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel
