Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee trust financial management, ensuring precise and prompt reporting.
  • Generate detailed financial reports for clients.
  • Examine and interpret tax returns for individuals and trusts, guaranteeing adherence to applicable tax regulations.
  • Engage with external auditors and tax consultants as necessary.
  • Deliver financial insights and strategic recommendations to assist clients in achieving their financial objectives.
  • Maintain and refresh financial records and ledgers.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of financial policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all pertinent financial regulations and standards.
  • Assist clients with various financial inquiries and requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA designation is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, particularly in trust accounting and tax return analysis.
  • Robust understanding of accounting principles, financial report generation, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality in managing sensitive information.
