About the Role

As an Airline Customer Service Agent, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing top-notch ground handling services to our airline clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a seamless passenger experience, from check-in to boarding and beyond. You will work closely with our team to manage the entire passenger journey, providing assistance and support to passengers in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient passenger experience, from check-in to boarding and beyond.
  • Assist passengers with baggage handling, ticketing, and other travel-related services.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with airline policies and procedures.
  • Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our airline clients.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $21.00, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. You will also receive paid training and a uniform, as well as a parking discount and cell phone plan reimbursement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.Fluency in English, with a second language an advantage.Customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Computer literacy and data entry skills.Calmness and ability to work under pressure, with a focus on finding solutions rather than problems.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.Why Join Pacific Aviation?
