About the Role

As an Airline Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our airline clients and their passengers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless passenger experiences, from check-in to boarding and beyond.
  • Assisting with passenger services, including baggage handling, ticketing, and boarding.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with airline policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
Preferred Qualifications
