About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Client Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving client satisfaction and retention.

Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with our healthcare clients, ensuring their success and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key clients in the healthcare sector.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and maximizing client value.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to align healthcare IT solutions and services with client requirements effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional client experiences.
  • Drive successful project implementation, manage timelines, and meet project goals and client expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and advancements in healthcare IT.
  • Provide valuable insights and thought leadership to clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic growth plans.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and address concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and participate in contract negotiations.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key client metrics, revenue projections, and client satisfaction levels.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of at least 5 -7 years in a client-facing role, preferably within the healthcare IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and credibility with clients at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, adept at prioritizing and managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of healthcare IT solutions, regulations, and market dynamics.
What We Offer
  • Salary - $75,000/yr - $95,000/yr
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental coverage for you, your spouse, and dependents.
