Customer Service Representative

The Services Support Representative is a key role at Dollar Bank, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position requires a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate, courteous, and efficient service to customers via phone, email, and online chat.
- Process payments, transfers, stop payments, and product/account inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist customers with online banking, mobile banking, and text message banking, including sign-up, password reissues, and transaction completion.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding website, online banking, and mobile banking.
- Work collaboratively with branch employees to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing customer service and sales training to stay up-to-date on products and services.
- High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
