Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with FAA, airline, and airport regulations
  • Enforce safety and security measures, protecting sensitive areas
  • Create and modify reservations, check in passengers, and handle luggage
  • Provide information on arrival and departure times, boarding procedures, and seating arrangements
  • Process credit card payments and direct aircraft parking and dispatch on the ramp
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring mechanical equipment is in proper order
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to read, write, and speak English effectively
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Ability to learn and communicate the company's Contract of Carriage
  • Courteous and able to interact effectively with passengers, coworkers, and management
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Computer skills and ability to learn reservation and phone systems
  • Basic math abilities and ability to work within a 24/7 operation
