About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Program Manager III to join our team at Inland Empire Health Plan. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in driving business strategy and achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Portfolio Management: Establish and maintain a Lean Portfolio Management framework and processes within IT Operations areas, aligning with development value stream portfolio processes as appropriate.
  2. Analysis and Design: Perform analysis and design by translating enterprise data requirements and developing portfolio reporting solutions that yield relevant business information in a user-friendly format.
  3. Project Oversight: Oversee portfolio modeling and analysis of opportunities, ensuring all work has priority established and is within the capacity of the organization.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder relationships, including securing actualization of projected benefits and ensuring systems are in place to capture cost/benefit comparisons.
  5. Process Improvement: Maintain knowledge of internal and external practices related to project and portfolio management practices and frameworks, resource capacity planning, and associated education and training programs.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Support the operation project portfolio allocation and budget, monitoring and reporting variances monthly.
Requirements
  • A minimum of twelve (12) years of information systems experience at a leadership level.
  • Working knowledge and experience with Business Intelligence processes and reporting/modeling tools.
  • Extensive experience with computer applications.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or similar technical field from an accredited institution.
