KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responds to phone inquiries and directs them appropriately. May open, review, prioritize, route, and distribute incoming correspondence and materials. May manage and maintain scheduling and event calendars, including travel arrangements, customer appointments, meetings, and conference calls. Organizes and oversees document storage systems. May create and prepare presentations, memos, reports, correspondence, and various projects. May coordinate travel, meetings, and other events, while also monitoring calendars and room bookings. May assist with basic accounting tasks. Requires consistent attendance, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility. Adheres to all safety regulations and guidelines during working hours. Engages in additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing workload with minimal supervision. Proficient in identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred. 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative support roles.

COMPENSATION:

CorVel employs a market-based compensation strategy, and salary ranges may vary based on location. Pay rates are determined by factors such as federal, state, and local minimum wage laws, geographic location, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be adjusted at any time.

For leveled positions (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.), new hires may be placed at a different level based on an assessment during the interview process, considering experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. This level may influence the salary range, and any adjustments will be clarified during the offer process.

Pay Range: $19.43 per hour.
