Key Responsibilities:

As a Guest Services Associate or Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of hospitality by:

Providing efficient, courteous, and professional assistance to guests at all times

Maintaining exceptional service and hospitality standards

Addressing guest concerns or issues promptly and ensuring satisfaction in a timely manner

Processing guest charges, collecting payments, and adhering to all cash handling protocols

Managing guest mail and messages with utmost respect for privacy and professionalism

Being knowledgeable about the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers)

Communicating effectively with various departments and management regarding guest feedback

Responding swiftly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing front desk support

Having comprehensive knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
