Position Summary:

A Kolter Hospitality Gallery Host is dedicated to providing exceptional service to guests, fostering a friendly and inviting atmosphere. This role encompasses managing check-in and check-out procedures, distributing room keys, and addressing guest inquiries while adhering to all Kolter Hospitality and Hyatt Place standards, policies, and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Facilitate the check-in and check-out experience for guests.
  2. Manage all guest requests efficiently.
  3. Provide information regarding hotel amenities, services, and room features.
  4. Greet guests by name whenever feasible.
  5. Prepare and serve quality beverages and food items, following established recipes and presentation guidelines.
  6. Set up and dismantle meeting spaces.
  7. Prepare catering for meetings and events.
  8. Adhere to the hotel's pricing structures, discounts, and upselling strategies.
  9. Perform cashiering duties, including billing and charge adjustments.
  10. Respond appropriately to fire alarms, medical emergencies, and security issues.
  11. Process cancellations of room reservations as per policy.
  12. Report maintenance issues promptly.
  13. Follow all safety protocols while on duty.
