Key Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Clerk or Guest Services Associate, your primary responsibility is to ensure our guests receive an exceptional hospitality experience by:

  • Assisting guests with efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.
  • Maintaining a high standard of service and hospitality.
  • Addressing guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction in a timely manner.
  • Processing guest charges, collecting payments, and adhering to all cash handling procedures as mandated by Concord.
  • Managing guest mail and messages with utmost respect for privacy and professionalism.
  • Being knowledgeable about the hotel brand and various programs, including travel initiatives and special offers.
  • Communicating effectively with various departments and management regarding guest feedback and concerns.
  • Responding swiftly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members requiring front desk assistance.
  • Having comprehensive knowledge of hotel safety and emergency protocols.
