Key Responsibilities:

As a Guest Services Representative or Hotel Reception Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences by:

- Assisting guests in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner at all times

- Upholding a high standard of service and hospitality

- Addressing guest concerns or issues promptly and ensuring satisfaction in a timely manner

- Processing guest charges, collecting payments, and adhering to all cash handling protocols as established by Concord

- Managing guest correspondence and messages with confidentiality and professionalism

- Being knowledgeable about the hotel brand and various offerings (travel programs, special promotions)

- Communicating effectively with various departments and management regarding guest feedback and concerns

- Responding swiftly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members requiring front desk support

- Being well-versed in hotel safety and emergency protocols
