Job Title: Outside Sales Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of outside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to enhance their performance and career development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance, and take corrective actions as needed to ensure sales goals are achieved
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, outside sales preferably within the telecom sector, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing teams of 20+ required
  • Experience with direct sales, B2B sales, and/or channel sales within the telecom sector preferred
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications products, services, and technologies preferred
  • Advanced proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools such as Sales Rabbit, Tableau, and Salesforce required
