Job Title: Area Supervisor Multi Unit

Arby's is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Supervisor Multi Unit to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Area Supervisors to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Area Supervisors to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular restaurant visits to monitor operations and provide coaching and feedback to Area Supervisors.
  • Collaborate with the Region President/Vice-President of Operations to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and profit data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with restaurant owners and operators to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 8 years of restaurant management experience with 4 years at Area Supervisor level and above.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with restaurant owners and operators.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive sales growth and improve restaurant performance.
