- 8 years of restaurant management experience with 4 years at Area Supervisor level and above.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with restaurant owners and operators.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive sales growth and improve restaurant performance.
