Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 4-year degree and a minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build productive business relationships and negotiate effectively
  • Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of the territory and its customer base
  • Ability to develop solid territory business plans and effectively cover territories on a daily basis
