Regional Sales Manager for Electronic Security

Per Mar Security Services is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our Electronic Security Sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and meeting sales and profit goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales leaders to ensure productivity and effectiveness
- Meet and exceed sales and profit goals
- Manage accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting
- Work with the Director of Sales to set quarterly and annual sales goals and develop sales strategies to achieve sales and profit targets
- Analyze market trends to suggest approaches to meet sales targets and implement strategies to improve performance
- Maintain relationships with important clients and collaborate with other departments to ensure quality sold jobs meeting company profitability expectations
- Minimum 3 years of successful field sales experience and 3 years of sales management
- Proven track record as a sales leader achieving sales quotas and building high-performing teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales management tools and software
- Ability to travel within the territory
