Position Overview:
This pivotal role is designed to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and COO, encompassing a variety of responsibilities such as organization, calendar oversight, travel coordination, project management, presentation preparation, report generation, tracking, event support, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Senior Executive Assistant Details:
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, in-office.
  • Compensation: $33.65 - $36.06 per hour
  • Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Senior Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Manage confidential information, activities, scheduling, and communications with senior leadership, board members, donors, government entities, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective calendar management, timely notice of meetings, and distribution of essential materials such as agendas, meeting minutes, and drafts as required, while also supporting meetings, visitors, events, and departmental reporting.

Senior Executive Assistant Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive administrative role or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supporting an executive, preferably in a C-level capacity, within a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Strong skills in developing and delivering presentations and communications for senior staff and board members.
  • Experience working with diverse teams across various functions.
  • Ability to act as a liaison and point of contact for executive-related activities.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
