Restaurant Operations Leader

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service. A minimum of 2 years of current, salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant is required. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations, modeling and demonstrating leadership grounded in the Darden Core Values. Key responsibilities include developing a team, knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution, and achieving sustained growth in sales and profits.
