Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at SWRG INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct the work of our Front of House service department, including hiring, scheduling, training, and coaching staff.
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in interpreting and implementing management policies and operating practices.
  • Assist in building sales by utilizing strategies implemented by our General Manager and Company.
  • Ensure all Company and restaurant-specific policies and procedures are adhered to on a regular basis.
  • Perform job functions of other management personnel in their absence and/or in addition to them.
  • Address guest complaints and overall guest satisfaction issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Leadership qualities, including good listening skills, the ability to motivate others, and respect for and tolerance of others.
  • Good judgment, the ability to make independent decisions without constant direction from others, and to solve problems as they arise within the workplace.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
Working Conditions
  • Restaurant generally open 7 days a week; 365 days per year.
  • RMs usually work 50-55 hours a week.
  • RMs must have the ability to exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift.
