Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at SW Burlington in Burlington, MA. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House service department and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct the work of the Front of House service department, including hiring, scheduling, training, and coaching staff.
  • Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in building sales by implementing strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure all company and restaurant-specific policies and procedures are adhered to, including food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
  • ServSafe Food and Alcohol Certification required.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions independently.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 50-55 hours per week. The restaurant is open 7 days a week, 365 days per year. The Restaurant Manager must be able to exert fast-paced mobility for the entire shift and have a good sense of balance, be able to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, and wipe. Must be able to frequently lift and carry food, beverage, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to navigate stairs and interact verbally and listen attentively to guests, co-workers, and supervisors.
