About the Role

Bully Pulpit International is seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Creative Director to lead our creative team and help us compete on a global scale.

This is an opportunity to push a creative team forward, create impactful and meaningful work, and help to lead a talented, growing team.

We are looking for a smart, strategic, and creative leader with expertise in crafting award-winning ad copy and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver award-winning work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop top-notch ad campaigns across brand and social impact marketing
  • Collaborate with account strategists and other creatives to develop creative platforms and channel recommendations
  • Lead a growing creative team of copywriters, art directors, and ACDs
  • Mentor and manage a growing team of creatives, with a particular focus on nurturing a growing team of copywriters
Requirements
  • 10+ years creative experience in an agency environment, including at least 5 as a Creative Director leading a range of advertising campaigns
  • Ability to distill complicated ideas into easily understood ad copy and creative concepts
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of pitching and selling creative to clients at the highest level
  • Ability to bring key internal stakeholders along on the creative process and help them buy in to ideas, campaigns, and approaches
  • Proven track record of leading teams to deliver award-winning work
  • Fluency in both digital and traditional channels, including all social media platforms, content creation, and video advertising

BPI offers a comprehensive total compensation package for this role of $150,000-$180,000 base salary with an annual discretionary bonus + generous benefits.
