Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Credit Portfolio Manager to join our team at First Farmers & Merchants Bank. As a key member of our Credit Administration department, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing our consumer and commercial construction portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze consumer and commercial construction portfolios to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reporting to senior management and other stakeholders on asset quality, construction, and credit administration.
  • Collaborate with relationship managers and other departments to ensure effective loan origination and servicing.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in credit administration, loan operations, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
