Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Development Officer to lead our fundraising efforts and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of securing major gifts, a deep understanding of Jewish communal knowledge, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fundraising Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to achieve agency-wide goals
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to determine fundraising priorities and objectives
  • Donor Engagement and Stewardship
    • Build and maintain relationships with major donors and stakeholders
    • Develop and execute donor engagement and stewardship plans to ensure long-term support
  • Team Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of senior development professionals

Requirements and Qualifications

    • Advanced degree or certifications in fundraising or a related field (optional)
