Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at HNI Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales to contract dealers and hospitality procurement firms directly, as well as influencing A&D specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the business in the Miami, Florida market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contract buyers and specifiers.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google to manage sales activities and track performance.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with contract buyers and specifiers in the market.
  • Passion for design products from around the world.
  • Basic technological proficiency.
  • Professional and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to promote a solution rather than simply a product.
  • Proficiency with standard business terminology and basic financial math.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
