Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Courtyard Noblesville. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve guest complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in hotel software systems.
