Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team in a Full-Time Year-Round Position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supervising front desk staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Front Desk Operations: Assist the Guest Services Manager in maintaining the efficient operation of the front desk, including checking guests in and out, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise, using sound judgment and discretion to ensure the best possible outcome.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic computer operations.
  • Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of standing and ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
