Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Manager to join our team at Courtyard Noblesville. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Lead and motivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional service and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest requests
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the front desk area
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Stay up-to-date with hotel policies and procedures, and ensure compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
