Job Title: Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager/Commercial Lines Account Executive | Client Service Manager

Overview: APR is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/client service manager to manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts. This role involves investigating and resolving client inquiries regarding policies and coverage, as well as marketing and quoting new business and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

In-depth understanding of Property and Casualty commercial accounts
Investigate and resolve client inquiries regarding policies and coverage
Skilled in marketing and quoting new business and renewals, ensuring competitive coverage/cost ratios for clients
Familiarity with various carrier underwriters and online rating tools
Manage and organize information for account renewals

Qualifications:

5-7 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, specifically in servicing commercial accounts
Current Property and Casualty license
Proficiency in Applied (TAM or EPIC) or AMS360 software is preferred
Strong knowledge of the Insurance/Brokerage industry
Technical expertise in the relevant product area or industry
Capability to offer consultation and expert advice to management on risk management issues
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary Context: The national average salary for similar roles ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, excluding bonuses or benefits. The offered base pay will be determined based on experience, skills, certifications, education, and in consideration of internal equity and market data.
