Job Summary

The Customer Success Manager - Small Business is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving the performance, growth, and retention of accounts within their assigned vertical. This individual will be the primary relationship owner with clients, leveraging a consultative and strategic approach to partnership to drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver value to customers through strategic outreach and engagement, working in a high-volume environment.
  • Translate specific needs and business objectives of accounts into actionable and strategic account plans that drive the realization of value for the customer.
  • Develop trusted relationships with customers to consultatively recommend new products and services, resulting in upsell opportunities.
  • Analyze benchmarks, trends, and outliers within customer data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain and develop industry knowledge and the competitive landscape, using these tools to inform and consult customers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues that arise.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience generating, qualifying, accelerating, and closing up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Bachelors, Masters degree, or industry experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex customers and understand competitive landscapes.
  • Experience managing customer expectations, objections, and complaints.
  • Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, positive, adaptable, creative, and able to deal with ambiguity.
  • Technically savvy with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Any certifications with Real Estate associations such as NARPM or CAI is highly desired.
