Position Overview

Emergent Method is on the lookout for a skilled and seasoned advisor to join our ranks as a Lead Strategy Advisor. This full-time role encompasses the leadership and management of diverse strategic projects and initiatives for both the firm and its clientele.

The successful candidate will exhibit outstanding leadership and communication capabilities, a strategic outlook, and extensive consulting experience. A proven history of delivering strategic counsel and managing projects in a consulting framework is essential. The ideal individual will demonstrate a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, collaborative setting. Proactivity, adaptability, and a commitment to achieving exceptional outcomes for clients are key attributes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and contribute to a variety of client engagements focused on strategic planning, operational enhancements, research and data evaluation, meeting facilitation, consensus building, and strategic communication.
  • Employ advanced analytical skills to assess client requirements, establish objectives, engage stakeholders, and formulate comprehensive plans or deliverables that align with client aspirations.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, which includes crafting detailed project plans and timelines, setting objectives, monitoring action items and deadlines, and reporting on project milestones.
  • Create high-quality deliverables for clients, such as strategic plans, presentations, proposals, and memos, ensuring precision in language, formatting, and consistency.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of various subject matters relevant to client industries and leverage this knowledge to ensure project success.
  • Exhibit strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating initiative and the capacity to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, upholding the firm's reputation by remaining client-centric and dedicated to delivering outstanding results.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
  • Three to five years of experience in business management, management consulting, or a related field that demonstrates comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities; experience with a major consulting firm is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, showcasing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships.
  • Capacity to adapt to changing projects and priorities, demonstrating versatility as a team player.
  • Proactive approach to task completion, taking ownership of timelines and deliverables.
  • Willingness to continuously learn new skills and embrace new methodologies.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
