Position Overview

This is a full-time, permanent role that necessitates regular national travel (up to 50% depending on project demands) to provide on-site, in-person support.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in leading strategic planning, research, data analysis, facilitation, and project management within the higher education landscape or similar complex environments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and/or support various client initiatives related to strategic planning, research, facilitation, consensus building, and strategic communication.
  • Oversee project management tasks, including the development of project plans and timelines, setting objectives, maintaining proactive communication with clients and team members, tracking progress on project milestones, understanding client needs, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required; advanced degrees are advantageous.

  • A proactive problem solver with a readiness to engage in tasks with minimal oversight.
