Certified Behavior Analyst (CBA) - Starting compensation at $70/hour

Position Overview

Are you a Certified Behavior Analyst (CBA) seeking a role with a manageable caseload (2-4 clients) where you can establish your own timetable? Are you interested in a firm dedicated to delivering ethical, play-oriented ABA services? If this resonates with you, this opportunity may be ideal.

Joyscape Therapy, a distinctive organization with a team composed entirely of CBAs and Master's-level professionals, is looking for a CBA to become part of our team.

In this influential position, you will be essential in providing outstanding Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to neurodivergent children and adolescents.

You will engage directly with clients in various environments such as residences, childcare facilities, and our center, ensuring that each session is customized to address individual requirements.

Rather than overseeing entry-level staff, you will be responsible for assessment, data collection, and the execution of treatment plans independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality, ethical, family-centered ABA therapy directly to clients.
Developing, managing, and executing treatment plans.
Conducting thorough assessments and generating reports.
Creating ethical Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Providing ongoing parent coaching and collaboration.
Analyzing data and tracking progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
Collaborating with other professionals and promoting a multidisciplinary approach.
Continuously enhancing and developing your clinical skills.
(Optional) Offering CBA training and supervision to CBA candidates.

About the Organization

Joyscape Therapy employs naturalistic learning techniques to teach communication, social skills, and daily living abilities through play-based, child-directed therapy grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Therapy is delivered by CBAs and Master's-level therapists who specialize in play-based ABA, typically utilizing methodologies such as PRT, NET, and/or ESDM.

Benefits:
Starting compensation of $70/hour for all worked time.
Guaranteed paid cancellation time for client cancellations, compensated at your regular rate.
Performance-based salary increases every 6 months.
Paid non-billable time for client cancellations and monthly meetings/trainings.
Paid sick leave, vacation time, and holidays.
Flexible working hours.
Health insurance, dental insurance, and One Medical Membership.
Company-provided iPads and keyboards.
Paid monthly CEU events.
Bi-annual team retreats and social gatherings.
Generous stipend for external training and continuing education.

Candidate Profile

Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master's degree in a relevant field.
Experienced CBA with a minimum of 5 years in ABA, including 2+ years as a CBA.
Proficient in goal setting, report writing, and assessments (AFLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland-3).
Positive, energetic, and an effective communicator with strong collaboration skills.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Experience in implementing naturalistic ABA (NET, NDBI, ESDM, and/or PRT).
